Ah yes…  Art without purpose, the result of boredom and too much time on one’s hands.  It is here that I shall post pictures I have drawn just for the hell of it.  Feel free to add your own artwork if you wish. [;)]

Ahem, here is a little piece I made not long ago.  I was thinking about Star Quest (or more specifically the show Jack and Ben are watching in the first issue) and decided to draw this.  If you ever wondered just what exactly Astro Cadet VI looked like, here’s your chance to find out. [:D]

Good stuff, that Count Cerebros looks very evil, you can tell because he has a beard.

The evil dude bears a striking resemblance to DC Comic villain Brainiac and then add a bit of Mind flayer, and badda-boom, theres your villain

In all, it looks like its the grounds of one of those cheesy 60's sci-fi adventures.  Could have been a very funny parody

The evil fella reminds of a mix between the evil guy from Dinsey's Aladin and the martians from Mars Attacks...

And all in all, I see a bit of Flash Gordon in the whole thing.

I dunno....I saw it as Marvel's Heroes from Beyond meets Star Trek

I was going for that whole Flash Gordon/Buck Rogers/original Star Trek feel (maybe a bit of Ed Wood's movies too). [:$]  Something so cheesy and cheaply made that it's unintentionally funny.  A guy with a big brain for a head seemed right. [:)]

Read my review of Plan 9 From Outer Space?

Man that movie is the ultimate B-Movie.  So bad that its good.  Its hard to believe the film wasnt meant as a parody.

An Ed Wood style comic series would be great

Heres one of my better pieces...or rather 1/5 of the actual piece of work because the thing is so BIG that I couldnt fit the thing onto my scanner.  I made it 2 years ago, and its the most crucial part of the picture--myself. (Though I couldnt even fit the whole picture of myself on the scanner...youre missing about my shoulders to my stomach--which is as far as the picture went down)

Good drawing, Tybs! Can I say you are looking particularly thoughtful in the picture, thinking perhaps of Kant's theory on morales or about who's going to win next week's NASCAR race?

Could have been NASCAR, but Id be willing to bet I was thinking about the girl I really liked in that class.

Or I was thinking about nothing and just posing for the bloody photograph

This one is more of a coloring job, since I based the art on a pre-existing model sheet pic of Marvel's new Thor design.  Still, I think it came out pretty good. [:)]

Thor is pretty badass, but Loki is cooler in my opinion.

This is an older pic, so it's not as good as my current work.  I stumbled upon it while transfering files and I figured, what the hell, I'll post it here. [;)] It's a pic of a Brotherhood of Steel paladin from Fallout.
