Liz is Justin's ex who drove him to his preference. She can be found in http://www.elgoonishshive.com/d/20030307.html in the story comics and several times in the fillers, the one I referenced being http://www.elgoonishshive.com/Filler/d/20030321.html (anyone know how to make a link, until then you can copy and paste). I'm fairly certain she has yet to be changed back in the fillers.

With the hyperlink option on the editor. But some browsers won't give you the editor. I found IE to be the best.
