Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
EPSC lawful evil? Who could have thought it?
I am a lawful good, Elven mage-cleric who worships Mystra.
Alignment:
Lawful Good characters are the epitome of
all that is just and good. They believe in order and governments that
work for the benefit of all, and generally do not mind doing direct
work to further their beliefs.
Race:
Elves are
the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than
humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and
because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities
that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are,
effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand
years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.
Primary Class:
Mages
harness the magical energies for their own use. Spells, spell books,
and long hours in the library are their loves. While often not
physically strong, their mental talents can make up for this.
Secondary Class:
Clerics
are the voices of their God/desses on Earth. They perform the work of
their deity, but this doesn't mean that they preach to a congregation
all their lives. If their deity needs something done, they will do it,
and can call upon that deity's power to accomplish their goals.
Deity:
Mystra
is the Neutral Good goddess of magic. She is also known as the Lady of
Mysteries. Followers of Mystra wear armor and carry shields with her
symbol on them. Mystra's symbol is a ring of stars.
Scratchit: But he's a cripple! Blackadder: He's not a cripple, Mrs Scratchit. Occasionally saying "Phew! My leg hurts!" when he remembers to wouldn't fool Baldrick!

No surprises here
Neutral Good Gnome Ranger DruidFollower Of Baervan Wildwanderer
Alignment:
Neutral Good
characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work
to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to
bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered
'normal'.
Race:
Gnomes are also short, like
dwarves, but much skinnier. They have no beards, and are very inclined
towards technology, although they have been known to dabble in magic,
too. They tend to be fun-loving and fond of jokes and humor. Some
gnomes live underground, and some live in cities and villages. They are
very tolerant of other races, and are generally well-liked, though
occasionally considered frivolous.
Primary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.
Secondary Class:
Druids
are a special variety of Cleric who serves the Earth, and can call upon
the power in the earth to accomplish their goals. They tend to be
somewhat fanatical about defending natural settings.
Deity:
Baervan Wildwanderer
is the Neutral Good gnomish god of forests, travel, and nature. He is
also known as the Masked Leaf. His avatar is always accompanied by an
intelligent, giant raccoon, named Chiktikka Fastpaws. His followers,
like him, enjoy the outdoors and work to protect it and guard those who
also enjoy it. Their preferred weapon is the halfspear.

Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
Interesting. According that test I'm a:
Chaotic Good Half-Orc Ranger Druid
Follower Of Shaundakul
Alignment: Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.
Race: Half-Orcs are a cross between a human and an orc. Generally, this kind of mating does not occur willingly, so half-orcs are almost never raised by a full set of parents. They tend to be less intelligent and attractive than humans, but are generally stronger and hardier. Violence is a part of their nature, and few half-orcs manage to overcome this to follow other professions. They are generally treated with disdain by other races, if not outright hostility.
Primary Class: Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.
Secondary Class: Druids are a special variety of Cleric who serves the Earth, and can call upon the power in the earth to accomplish their goals. They tend to be somewhat fanatical about defending natural settings.
Deity: Shaundakul is the Chaotic Good god of travel and exploration. He is also known as the Rider of the Winds. His followers are typically rangers, and work to protect the land. They typically wear leather armor, and carry long swords and short bows. Shaundakul's symbol is a white hand with the index finger raised.

Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
This is me?
Lawful Neutral Elf Ranger Paladin
Follower Of Silvanus
Alignment: Lawful Neutral characters believe in the triumph of law and order above all else. It does not matter whether the leader is for good or evil; the leader will be followed, because the order they provide is the most important thing.
Race: Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.
Primary Class: Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.
Secondary Class: Paladins are the Holy Warriors. They have been chosen by a God/dess to be their representative on Earth, and must follow the code of that deity, or risk severe penalties. They tend towards being righteous, but not generally to excess.
Deity: Silvanus is the True Neutral god of nature. He is also known as the Patron of Druids. His followers believe in the perfect balance of nature, and believe that nature's bounty is preferable to any other 'civilizing' method. They wear leather or metallic scale mail, constructed of leaf-shaped scales. Silvanus's symbol is an oak leaf.

Neutral Good Human Bard Druid
Follower Of Mielikki
Alignment: Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered 'normal'.
Race: Humans are the 'average' race. They have the shortest life spans, and because of this, they tend to avoid the racial prejudices that other races are known for. They are also very curious and tend to live 'for the moment'.
Primary Class: Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit. Secondary Class: Druids are a special variety of Cleric who serves the Earth, and can call upon the power in the earth to accomplish their goals. Deity: Mielikki is the Neutral Good goddess of the forest and autumn. She is also known as the Lady of the Forest, and is the Patron of Rangers. Her followers are devoted to nature, and believe in the positive and outreaching elements of it. They use light armor, and a variety of weapons suitable for hunting, which they are quite skilled at. Mielikki's symbol is a unicorn head.

Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
Why does the Evil side always have all teh cool toys?!
just look at Lord of The Rings, Mordor has: Dragons, Ring Wreiths, Orcs, Trolls, and Oliphots.
The good side only has horses, elves, dwarfs, and humans.
And if you put Gandolf and Sauroman side by side, Sauroman looks way cooler.
I stand all the way for the good side, but dress in Evil duds.
Observation is not a prerequsent for existense. (Just because you see something, doesn't mean it isn't there)

For some reason I am not suprised in the least by my results; in fact I
don't think I needed to take the test to tell you this...
Chaotic Good Gnome Thief BardFollower Of Tymora
Alignment:
Chaotic Good
characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of
goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of

Primary Class:
Thieves
are the most roguish of the classes. They are sneaky and
nimble-fingered, and have skills with traps and locks. While not all
use these skills for burglary, that is a common occupation of this
class.

entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other

also Tyche's fair-tressed daughter. Followers of Tymora believe in the
tenent that, 'Fortune Favors the Bold,' and will throw caution to the
wind and trust to luck to work things out for the best. Tymora's symbol
is an unmarked silver disk.

Very odd that they didn't give you a god Phoenix considering this:

I guess there was some sort of glitch and it didn't include one for you.

Evil side doesnt have dragons. They're Fell Beasts. Oliphots? I suppose you mean Oliphants (Mumakil). Ring Wreith -> Ring Wraith. Good side gets ghosts and eagles aswell. So I dont really see your point since they're pretty much even.

Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
I usually play both good and evil, in turns, when I play games
being a strong good character is fun because it's hard to stay completely good, , the temptation of evil is strong. you get satisfaction out of smiting evil forces and doing what's right
allthough, as evil
you often get more powers, or more cool powers. as mentioned before, it's allways fun to find new ways of being evil, but due to your destructive nature you may sometimes ruin / kill things or people that may give some more plot, or help you with fighting a foe or doing quests, or ruin your chances completely.
it's sometimes harder to be evil

Re: While this does sound like me... It doesn't make sense... Maybe I'm a Paladin of Tyranny.
I'm good at heart and usually don't like playing evil
characters but every once in a while I get a devious streak and I play some of
the most devilishly sinister characters my group has ever seen.
For two separate games the dm had me play the devil/demon lord featured in
his game because I pulled it off so well. Mainly because you generally can't
tell I'm evil... he's just such a nice guy... I like to drown them in honey you
see, it's far more effective than the classic chaotic evil kill everything that
moves approach. Very few video games pull this off correctly, I couldn't stand
playing evil in Kotor II because the only way to be evil was pretty much be a
rude abusive jerk off which isn't how a good Sith should be.

I, myself am good, and I usually play as either neutral or good characters in games, but its fun to play evil, its just many games arent very flexible to be evil. You cant kill people without heavy consequence. I think they should have been more flexible with killings in the shadows in Baldurs Gate

Thinking back over all the years of gaming and I can't really remember a specific time I played any evil character. Of course as a DM I had control of many evil creatures and such. Thus I guess I have played evil just not as my own PC.

I tend to play most games as good first, because I'm more of a good nature, not to mention that I often guess the game will be more rewarding playing as good, one way or another ^^ then from time to time I play evil as well... well took the test Neutral Good Half-Elf Mage BardFollower Of MystraAlignment:Neutral Good

have a much shorter lifespan. They are sometimes looked down upon as

This Thread seems to have deviated from the point. It's about what is cooer, Evil or Good, not about Neppyman's test. Although it is a good test, and maybe should have it's own thread.
A Good Deed is its own reward. That, and getting to go to heaven.
