Well heres a couple of my favorite characters that I enjoyed playing, in the spirit of dungeon crawl I'll put them in Dungeon Crawl format

Name: Centaris, Alignment: Chaotic Good, Class: Barbarian, Gender: Male, Species: Minotaur, age: 20,Height: 10'2", weight: 700 lbs

Centaris grew up in the cruel drow arenas of the underdark fighting as a gladiator for the drows' pleasure, until he miraculously managed to escape only to be mortally wounded in the process.  He managed to make it to the surface world before passing out from his wounds were he was found and cared for by Mist, a kind Nymph and a cleric of Sune, over the next year Mist tried to pass on the teachings of Sune to the young Minotaur, who grew to love mist as the older sister he never had.  Sadly Mist was beset by Ogres and assualted by the brutes, in a fit of range Centaris killed the two ogres and rescued Mist.  Mist recovered from her wounds, but Centaris began to worry that other evil might come to Mist.  Centaris concluded that as long as there were evil mean ugly things in the world, they would be threat to nice lovely things like Mist, therefore evil ugly things must be smashed.

Centaris is usually good natured, though slow and dimwitted, Mist is his constant companion who he loves like a sister and is very protective of her.  Though usually pasive and gentle he can driven to fits of savage rage when confronted by evil, the end result of such encounters is quite messy.  To make matters worse Centaris often feels he has to make an example of evildoers, and uses what he learned from the drow for these examples.  In one such instance were he encountered a group of ogre slavers, Centaris proceeded to brutally slaughter the ogres, then smeer "be pretty" in ogre blood on the walls of the dungeon.   It should be noted that Centaris is not overly found of elves, especially drow.

Katrina Fallcutter AKA Katrina the Red Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, Class: Swashbuckler/Rogue, Gender: Female, Species: Tiefling (catgirl), Age: 20, Height: 5'4" weight 90 lbs

Katrina was raised in the city of skullport after being found by an old  sea dog.  Her birth parents are unknown however it is speculated that she is the decedent of a rashka, though with her catlike ears and tail no one truely knows what could have fostered such a union and many are to afraid to find out. Kat followed in the family business and grew up to become a pirate and adventuerer Joining which ever crew would have her, unfortunately most crews don't put up with her for very long and she finds her self bouncing from one ship to another doing legit and not so legit work on the high seas.  She dreams of one day making it big as a famous and feared rogue who's name will be told in taverns accross the land. 

While a capable fighter, and a competent rogue.  Kat quickly puts of others due the fact that she is a braggert and a compulsive liar who feels she must exagerate in the telling of everything she does.  To make matters worse Kat is loud, obnoxious, and impulsive.  In her latest exploits she and a party of adventurers made off with a kings ransom in mithral granting her a small fortune.  Which she proceeded to sqaunder.  Half of which she blew in a poker game and the other on fliers telling how great she is.   Still Katrina is confident that she will once again make it big and her tales will forever be sung.
