    Re: New Issues

A thought has occured to me, maybe someone more verse in the D&D ways can tell me but how can a sketal dragon use a breath weapon?

    Scratchit: But he's a cripple!
Blackadder: He's not a cripple, Mrs Scratchit. Occasionally saying "Phew! My leg hurts!" when he remembers to wouldn't fool Baldrick!

    Re: New Issues

I don't know anything about sketal dragons. Big Smile But if I remember correctly, dracoliches use negative energy as a breath weapon, or something. Or if you prefer, a wizard did it. Stick out tongue

    Re: New Issues

I'm pretty sure Dracolich's have breath weapons or I've made another D&D faux pas. Surprise

The latest issue, "Mortal combat' is now up and running.  I've also officially changed the update day to Monday, since that's when I typically get issues done.

    Menelanna:
I think Arudin wants to one up his rival mage a bit more than save the world, but even more so...he wants revenge on the people who tortured him.

But that scene was awsome! Elves rock!

Yep. Save the world, kick rival's ass, get revenge on guy who tortured him... Arudin has a lot of reasons to play hero (none of them particularly heroic). Cool

    GO CASTOR! *cheer*

Also, as long as he saves the world, who cares what our favorite Bast@rd Elf's motives are?

Why does it seem to me, that the last few times (the two only times) that Remus is stabbed by Castor, it looks like he is in the process of violating someone?

    Because he's Castor?

Being a werewolf, Remus can either bite or claw people and biting is usually more frightening.  Having the jaws of a vicious beast slowly approach your face is a good dramatic moment that can be stretched out too.  Hence the tackling and biting.

And it looks great, I just have to remind myself not think of it as the 'missionary grapple'...

    Re: New Issues

I'm sure it's a similarly fulfilling sensation for a malarite werewolf to dig his fangs into the flesh of someone, especially if that someone is someone the malarite werewolf have a personal grudge against Cool

Wow! Kayless your art just gets better and better. The last frame with Castor in it really struck me. Amazing stuff and good to see some ass kicking.

    Re: New Issues

Bravo Castor! Remus is awesome and he died pretty awesomely too, entirely skewered on a sword. Wolf skin rug, anyone?

    Re: New Issues

The new issue, "Regarding villains," is up. I was pretty busy this week so the issue was a bit rushed but I still think it came out decent.

Next week is the main event anyway... Wink
