Well, this is already a Noah poll, so in order to bring it back to it's original purpose, I suggest a new one.

Who, if anyone, do you think Noah will be 'paired' with?

A) Susan  (I actually like this option...)

B) Justing ('nuther good option.  I like susans better though.)

C) Someone else not mentioned here (please state)

Its already pretty obvious that he's attracted to Justin,I mean just look at it.

'Ey now... I'm just saying we shouldn't jump to conclusions, although that's what I first thought myself.

And I don't see how it's obvious that he's attracted to Justin.  He's seen the guy what, once?

 

Personally I wouldn't blame Dan for not throwing the two of them together just to mess with you all.

Heck, maybe Justin and him are even related.  Maybe a cousin or half-brother or something.  Would that not make it really creepy if they 'got together'?

Heck, he might even be to feminine for Justin.  Who knows?

 

Anyways... I'm done ranting now.  If you could call it that.

The romantic in me would like to see Noah with Justin. However, looking at the strip in general, I'd say that he's more likely Susan territory. Here's why. A boyfriend for Justin would inevitably become a main character. Hell, Elliot's girlfriend for about a week not only became a main character, but dragged her best friend into the mix. The cast goes Elliot-Sarah-Susan-Justin-Nanase-Ellen-Grace-Tedd. If Noah winds up with Justin, we have to find a new love interest for Susan who's also a close friend to Noah. It's already pretty obvious that Noah and Melissa are close, but this won't work; Susan is straight, and Melissa presumably is, too. At the very least, she's bi. However, Mel is already a romantic interest for Justin, and an effeminate male seems the perfect target for Susan. After all, even her current crush, while masculine in mannerism, has a somewhat feminine visage. So the list would go Elliot-Sarah-Susan-Noah-Mel-Justin-Nanase-Ellen-Grace-Tedd.

Or maybe I'm overthinking this.

...erm...first off, Sarah wasn't "Elliot's girlfriend for a week" when she became a character. She was already a character. She was the third character we EVER met, back before there was even plot.

Second, Justin and Susan are about equal in how big a character they are. So Noah dating either would have about the same impact of him becoming part of the comic.
