((Heh, I just realized that turning the mirror over in her hands would probably cause massive vertigo for the guy on the other end... Oh well.

Psst! Sir Navrick Twain is needed in the We are not alone rp. :D))

    Re: Broken Trust

I could ask what Tybs is doing here but I won't.

    Algernon,Rutgar,and Shaala

Rhys snatches the mirror out of Shaala's hands with an annoyed sigh.

"Ask questions now and try and figure out how it works later", he says as he flips the mirror right-side up.

"Now,who is this Jordyll?",he asks Kale, who looks slightly dizzy from all the jostling.

"A friend of mine and Cassia's.He went adventuring with us a few times. He's a wood elf sorcerer who's a bit...eccentric.He lives near my village and happened to be visiting when Cassia was.He offered to escort her to the forest's edge when she had to return to Tiber...We haven't seen him since. It isn't unusual for him to vanish for a week or two but he's been gone too long for my and my clan's liking. That's why I've been trying to contact Cassia. But now that I have heard of her own disappearence,I fear greatly for them both."

Omigosh he is stalking us. Run, Adarra, run!

Shaala looks a bit abashed about the mirror, but after listening to Kale she speaks.

"I really don't think there's an easy way to say this, but... Cassia Searle did arrive in Tiber. Weeks late, but apparently safe and sound. But she's gone now. It looks as though she murdered the High Mornlord."  she says bluntly, in her soft voice.

BS told me he was still in, just didn't see much for his character to do.

    Re: Broken Trust

Hey Adarra, could whe  move on what's happening in the temple, and catchup the folk in the tavern when they get back? Shaala wants to see his reaction.

    Re: Broken Trust

Keris watched the men circle the gnome. Although he did not know the gnome, or the people he had been listening in on, from what he had heard Keris felt that the gnome wouldn't deserve what the others would almost certainly dish out. Keris slid off his stool, and began readying a Hypnotism spell in his mind, which should give the gnome time to flee.

A Good Deed is its own reward.
That, and getting to go to heaven.

(OOC: Torbin, aka: the gnome, is still here.  I pop in from time to time, to see if the thugs have struck yet, as that is where I left off.)

(Here until either I sell my computer or ship it to Texas and head out on the road. At which point Rutgar can either go NPC or fade into the background. GM's choice.)
