What are these "incentives" that you can customize on the top webomics list?  I don't see anything that descibes what they're supposed to be for.

From what I've seen, it's a piece of art separate from the comic or something that a reader can only see if they vote for the comic on TWC.

Correct. However It can be more. A bonus strip, or a story arc updated weekly that only voters can see. Say a main char has a dark past. The bonus can be a strip explaining that past. Allso desktop wallpapers is a good Idea.

But I'd steer clear of putting wallpapers in incentives, simply because of the resolution issue; you can't really tell if the voter has a resolution of 800x600 or 1280x1024 or anything else, ultimately it wouldn't turn out that lovely..
