    rodent phobia

This has been in my head since the first comic our demon rabbit showed up in.

I may just be being a pain in the butt for point this little fact out. But rabbits are not rodents. Would be interesting to see Castor's reaction if someone told him this.

But yeah I am just nit-picking details. (I am an animal scientist after all)

But love the comic! Can't wait for next next issue!

    Re: rodent phobia

I did actually know that, but it's important to note that Castor doesn't. Wink  To him all rodent-like animals are pretty much the same regardless of whether or not they're actually classified as rodents.  Besides, it's easier to just say he's afraid of rodents rather than all small furry mammals such as rabbits, mice, rats, squirrels, voles, chipmunks, etc. Bunny Bunny!

Ah I see. Well Castor just falls into the large group of people who believe rabbits are rodents. But so do love watching him freak out around little furry animals with pointy incisor teeth.

Kinda reminds me of my animal science teacher and her hate for rats. (quite funny)

Anything that is small and fluffy I guess Castor associates with Lepus.

    Re: rodent phobia

what about Haggis? would he be afraid of them (if they existed in the world of DCI). they have fur, well the wild ones do.

If you can tell me why it is or is not... I'll be impressed.

    Isn't haggis just a sheep's stomach?

    Re: rodent phobia

That's just a rumour spread to prevent the over hunting of an increbibly endangered species. In fact, the haggis is so rare, many Scotsmen go their whole lives without seeing a live one.

If you layed every cigarette smoker end to end around the world, more than 60% of them would drown.

    Re: rodent phobia

In that case the haggis' natural diet must be tatties and neeps.

    Re: rodent phobia

you would think it would be easy to find wild Haggis, seeing as the females can only run around hills clockwise and the males can only run around hills counter clockwise, so... how do thay mate? if they turn around they will fall down the hill. (must suck to have one long and two short legs).

With great difficulty Stick out tongue. I do wonder how the sheep feel about it?
