looking for a good review script

I'm trying to find a kind of template/news script that I can add to my site so that I can assign people to review things and they don't have to write up a whole page to do it... I don't want to go to phpnuke or anything like that, but it's quickly looking like i'm not going to have a choice.. I don't like that idea

so anyone know of a good template script that gives the option to write a piece and add a rating to that piece yourself.. but no one else?

I have two scripts like that on my site. A news script, and a review script for individual submissions. They were both extremely easy, and i'd say you should consider learning php yourself. It's well worth it (i've known it for a month and i already got a job doing backend and web design for a very large company)
